Riya Chakraborty got big relief in Sushant case, special court accepted the demand after a long time

After the death of the Narcotics Control Bureau, the actress trapped in the investigation from the drugs angle has got some relief in this case. Riya had demanded the use of her bank account in the special court hearing the case and the return of the mobile phone and laptop seized during the investigation. This demand of Riya has been accepted by the special court. According to a news report, the court has allowed Riya Chakraborty’s plea to de-freeze her bank accounts and return her laptop and mobile phone. The court has done this because no objection was filed from its side. Riya has been ordered by the court that Riya will have to share her bank details as and when required. Riya, in her petition, had said that she and her brother Shauvik run their expenses from the same bank accounts that were frozen last year. Earlier, when Riya had filed the petition, NCB’s Special Public Prosecutor Atul Sarpande had opposed it and said that the amount deposited in Riya’s accounts could be related to drugs. Let us inform that after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, after the drugs angle came to the fore, NCB arrested many people including Riya Chakraborty and her brother Sauvik on charges of smuggling of drugs. However, Riya and Sauvik were later released on bail. The CBI is currently investigating Sushant’s case.
